Book Review: Room on the Broom

A review of Room on the Broom by Summer, Grade 2:

Room on the Broom is about a witch who loses her hat and a dog finds it. The dog could talk. He asks can he come along on her broom. So on they came to a bird. She asked the same thing. Then came along a frog. He asked again. It was all yes. Then snapped the broom in two. The witch has a cat. Down fell the witch, cat, dog, bird, frog. The witch fell near a dragon. He drew near with a glint in his eyes. Then rose a horrible beast. The beast was made from mud, the cat, dog, bird, frog. Made a terrible voice. It said, That’s my Witch!”
