Cluster Tutoring staff and volunteers always engage students in developing their own paths to success. Cluster keeps finding new ways to have positive effects on learning, whether it’s growing student enrollment or holding our Summer Reading Program for the third year in a row. And we’re doing it in a new Cluster home at 118 N. Central Ave. at Circle Urban Ministries.
Here are just a few of the accomplishments described in Cluster’s Annual Report, put together by Cluster Development Director Cathy Lazuka:
- 76 percent of Cluster’s 3rd graders improved their fluency by an average of 51 percent.
- 65 percent of Cluster’s students showed improvement or maintained an A or B grade average in core courses.
- Parents of Cluster students reported an overall 98 percent satisfaction rate with the tutoring program.
